Ill∴Bro Robert Lakic 31˚ Designate

Group Recorder

It could be said representing his school at Rugby, and joining the army cadets, had a major influence on Roberts future. A few years after leaving school, and retiring from the army cadets, he found the same camaraderie and team spirit he had enjoyed in both of these activities in Freemasonry.

Since his initiation into Canonbury Lodge No.657 in 1991, Robert has gone on to join a further eleven Masonic orders. In 2016 he was appointed to serve a three year term as a Metropolitan Deputy Grand Director of Ceremonies.  At the March 2020 Metropolitan investitures the MetGM installed him as a Metropolitan Grand Inspector of a Royal Arch Inspectorate consisting of 53 London chapters. As well as being a Craft Grand Officer (PJGD), and Royal Arch (PGSoj), he is also a Grand Officer in the Mark degree (PGJD) and in the honourable fraternity of Royal Ark Mariners. Recently he became the District Grand Sword Bearer for the London District of Royal and Select Masters (2020).
