Celebratory Dinner
The Inspector’s General of the London Groups will hold a reception and dinner on Friday 30th July 2021 which will take place in the splendour of the Gallery Suite and Vestibule at Freemasons Hall.
The event will be a black tie, top quality 3 course dinner with generous fine wine. The Supreme Council will be in attendance along with numerous other senior masonic figures. It is intended to be blue table so open to any masonic guest. The intention is to commence proceedings with a reception at 6:30pm. Prior to that, the museum at Freemasons hall will open at 5pm to allow anyone attending to view the latest exhibits.
The maximum capacity in the Vestibule is 320 comprising 32 tables of 10. Rose Croix Members will be limited to one guest per Member. The form can be used on an individual basis using the Application Form below, or Chapter Recorders will be able to make a block bookings to secure a part, or full table by clicking the appropriate box below. The price per ticket is £85 and may be booked using the form below by completing the BACS transfer or by receipt of a cheque. Once received or completed an acknowledgement will be sent confirming a place has been booked pending receipt of payment. Due to the anticipated demand for tickets, bookings will be accepted on a “first come, first serve” basis but if payment is not received within seven days, the booking will be cancelled and the booking reallocated.
Over the next few weeks you will receive an email asking you to make a choice from the commemorative menu, with dietary options available and then towards the end of June you will receive an electronic version of your formal invitation and administrative instructions by email.
