We look forward to welcoming you to the Celebratory Dinner on Friday and an outline of the evening is as follows. The event is black tie, and the reception will take place in the Gallery Suite of Freemasons Hall 6:30 for 7:00pm. A trumpet call will be the signal to move to the vestibules which you should approach via the front stairs.
Seating plans will be on display in the Gallery Suite and outside the entrance to the vestibules. You should make your way to your tables as directly as possible. It would most helpful if you could keep to your allocated seat as this will as enable to catering staff to deliver choices correctly.
The Supreme Council be announced and will move to their tables immediately followed by Grace. The traditional toasts of the Order will follow a final musical piece after which the Supreme Council will retire.
Please be aware that there will be a photographer circulating during the evening and some of these photographs will be posted on the London Rose Croix Chapters website https://www.londonrosecroix.org.uk and if you do not wish to be included in these photographs please make the photographer aware.
Members of the Committee and the Stewards may be identified by a red rose in their lapels and will be available on the evening to provide you with any further assistance you may require.
We are recommending that all attending the dinner complete a lateral flow test up to 24 hours before the dinner and follow the isolation procedure should the result be positive.
Yours sincerely and fraternally,
(on behalf of the Inspectors General of the London Group of Chapters)
