Second Tuesday in May (E) and November

The Chapter was consecrated during a meeting of a Supreme Council Chapter on 27th; June 1892 and takes its name from Ill Bro Belgrave Ninnis , a retired Naval doctor who received the Arctic Medal for his explorations in Australia and the Arctic. He was created a Commander of the Royal Victorian Order and a Knight of Justice of the Order of St John of Jerusalem and a Gilbert Blaine Gold Medallist and was one of the ten original petitioners and was appointed the first recorder.

The Chapter welcomes Members from all walks of life and we currently number 48 Members and dine at the Army and Navy Club
